Agents
By using our application software you confirm that:
- You have the right to rent a property by virtue of the fact that you have the express permission of the registered owner. It is an offence to use our platform to rent a property that you do not have the express consent of the owner to carry out such an act.
- The property is available to rent at the date advertised.
- The information that you have submitted is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Tenants
By making an application to rent a property, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood any guidance notes provided by an agent in relation to their requirements about renting a property.
- You are the named applicant.
- If you are applying on behalf of the proposed Tenant, you have the express consent of that person to make such an application on their behalf.
- The information that you have submitted is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You have a genuine interest in renting the property under the terms that you have submitted within your application.
General Usage:
- The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
- BELEASED LTD has the right to remove any part of our offering or a user at any time.

No payment should be made by any party or financial information provided until all legal requirements have been completed and all terms understood.
- BELEASED LTD accepts no responsibility for any property that remains unoccupied whilst a tenant is being sourced. Any costs incurred during this period are the sole responsibility of the property owner or manager.
- You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service. We do not provide any guarantees or warranties in relation to the operation and availability of our platform and its associated tools.
- BELEASED LTD acts as a service provider for users of our platform. BELEASED LTD accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of any contractual relationship entered into between users of our platform Any contract entered into between users of this platform is entirely without prejudice or recourse to BELEASED LTD.
- BELEASED LTD does not accept any responsibility or liability in relation to any breach of contract that arises between users. Any action taken by a user against another user arising out of the use of our platform is done so without any recourse to BELEASED LTD including all of its officers, directors and employees.
